Venita Longley, President of Longley Property Management Ltd. is a member of the National Association of REALTORS as well as being affiliated with the Washington State Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. CAI is a leader in condominium education, training and promotion.

In addition, Venita Longley has achieved the CPM® (CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met IREM’s rigid requirements in the areas of education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics. Venita Longley has been managing properties for over fifteen years with a current portfolio of multi-family properties and condominium associations throughout the Puget Sound region.
